Your cooperative records
Member details, contribution records, loan applications and financial information are handled to provide the cooperative platform. Your society’s administrator is responsible for the records they submit and the people authorised to access them.
Account access and separation
Accounts use role-based access and cooperative-level separation. Members access their own account information, while administrators manage their society’s records.
Responsible use of personal information
Only provide information you are authorised to share. Keep passwords, temporary access details and reset codes private. Contact your cooperative administrator to request a correction to your records.
